about tomtom sokak
the tomtom street project was envisioned as an urban development project by mika group and the foundations were started in early 2009.
located in the center of the galatasaray district of beyoğlu, tomtom street encompasses 3 intersecting streets, which are akarsu, acara and tosbaga streets. the aim of mika group in creating this urban living area, was to offer an escape from the daily grind and monotone of today’s hectic city life. the area offers a wide venue selection of high quality cafe/bistro/meyhane wining & dining, music performance, shopping and will very soon offer artistic and cultural venues and events as well.
also in development is a residence/boutique hotel project which is scheduled to be finalized towards the end of 2010 and an international youth hostel project is envisioned for 2011.
